Program Instructors

The seminars are led by highly qualified filtec personnel who have a tremendous amount of experience with the subject equipment. Product engineers and field service personnel assist the Director of Training with seminar preparation and delivery, so the trainee benefits from a wealth of “real world” experience. The experience is particularly helpful during the “hands-on” portion of the program while the trainee learns how to apply the material covered during the classroom sessions.


Factory Training Facility

Our state-of-the-art facilities include a fully automated machine shop, modern assembly facility, automated warehouses, and extensive R&D laboratories.

The Factory Training seminars are held in a complete modern training facility at our headquarters in Torrance, CA. The 5,000 sq ft training facility is equipped with a comfortable classroom training area featuring audio-visual equipment and numerous other training aids. The facility also features filtec equipment mounted on fully operational conveyor systems for “hands-on” training in an environment that closely simulates conditions found in the packaging industry.
