Flexible Spending Accounts Flexible spending accounts are available on an annual basis which allows employees to set aside pre-taxed dollars for out of pocket medical, dental, child, elder care expenses not covered by insurance.
Medical Employees can choose between HMO and PPO plans. Coverage includes chiropractic care.
Vision Vision Service Plan (VSP) has an extensive nationwide network of doctors who provide quality eye care and materials. This plan provides regular eye examinations and benefits towards vision care expenses including glasses or contact lenses.
Dental Employees can choose between DHMO and DPPO plans.
Life Insurance Industrial Dynamics pays for employee life insurance, which is equivalent to 1x the employee's annual salary. AD&D is also 1x the annual salary. Supplemental life insurance is available to the employees of Industrial Dynamics.

Vacation Employees earn 2 weeks of vacation per year during their first four years of full time employment, with a maximum accrual of 20 days. From the fifth year on, employees earn 3 weeks of vacation, with a maximum accrual of 30 days.
Company Holidays Industrial Dynamics observes 10 paid holidays including New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Education Reimbursement Education reimbursement is available for job related courses when a grade of "C" or better is achieved.
Credit Union Kinecta Credit Union memberships are available to Industrial Dynamics employees. Recreation Club The Company sponsors an annual Holiday Party and a Company Picnic. We also sponsor additional company functions. |
