CI-2GV - This gamma
based case inspection unit inspects open and sealed cases and offers the
widest range of adjustment and available options for multiple products.
Dual tier capability. Liquid and dry product capable. Various options are
available for inspection of the case itself.
CI-100 GAMMA - This
gamma based case inspection unit inspects open and sealed cases and is
available in several tunnel widths to accommodate virtually any case or
carton type. Compact inspection head fits inside some packers. Liquid and
dry product capable. Various options are available for inspection of the
case itself.
CI-170 X-RAY - This
x-ray based case inspection unit inspects open and sealed cases and is
available in several tunnel widths to accomodate virtually any case or
carton type. Compact inspection head fits inside some packers. Liquid and
dry product capable. Various options are available for inspection of the
case itself.
OC-100 - This optical
open crate inspection unit inspects for presence of filled and capped
bottles in open crates. Detects broken, missing or improperly seated
(high) bottles.
OC-300 - This sonic
open crate inspection unit inspects for presence of bottles or cans in
open crates. Detects missing or improperly seated (high) bottles and cans,
and broken bottles. May also be used at the inlet to a crate washer to
detect residual containers.
CASE REJECTORS - Case
and carton rejectors are available to fit a large variety of applications.
Coupled with any of the above inspection systems, these rejectors reliably
remove defective product from the production line.
