The Spectrovision vision inspecting system has a 15 inch color LCD monitor with a windows type interface and virtual keyboard. The picture in picture display has parameter control and inspection images on one screen. The parameter storage function facilitates easy change over and password protection provides for security.
Connectivity features support connection of the Spectrovision vision inspecting system to the plant Ethernet networks with Weihenstephan, OMAC, OPC and MODBUS TCP protocols and FireWire bus technology.
The connectivity feature allows the operator to remotely view relevant data and statistics concerning the vision inspecting system status, throughput, line efficiency and rejects by category.
