Specifications - Vision Inspector

The Spectrovision vision inspector offers optimal detection of faults and contamination with a minimal false reject rate at speeds up to 120,000 cans per hour with detection reliability of 99.9 percent inspecting standard soft drink cans.

Vision inspector detects improper sealing surface, production related faults, transportation damage, foreign objects and contamination.

The vision inspector's false reject rate is less than 0.05 percent of the cans processed when inspecting standard soft drink cans. The test can program verifies that all inspection and rejection systems are functioning properly.
