Monitor the Whole Filler

filtec’s FMS allows operators to monitor the average fill level for the entire filler – limiting the amount of product placed in bottles to regulatory standards. System software collects performance data for each filler valve and generates reports and histograms highlighting valves that are likely to under fill or overfill in the future – allowing maintenance personnel to repair valves before they fill containers that must be discarded.

User Interface & Connectivity

The FMS features a 15”color touch screen monitor in a stainless steel housing. Controls are intuitive and password protected.
Connectivity features support connection of the FMS to the plant Ethernet networks via Weihenstephan, OMAC and Serial MODBUS TCP protocols, allowing operators to remotely view relevant data and statistics concerning machine status, throughput, line efficiency and rejects by category.
