Diagnostics & Alarms

Diagnostics. Diagnostic screens provide quick and easy troubleshooting information to help identify sensors that have been moved or have failed.

Alarms. The FMS is equipped with user programmable alarms for “individual valve failures” and “total valve failure.” These alarms signal the operator, and/or stop the line, when an excessive number of events are detected.

Excessive Under Fill Alarm. Warns the operator when an excessive number of low fills are rejected. This alarm can be used to automatically stop the filler.

Excessive Missing Cap Alarm. Provides an output to automatically stop the filler when too many missing caps are detected.

Single Valve Failure Alarm. Warns the operator when any particular valve is producing too many low fills in a predetermined number of filler revolutions.

Filler Jam Alarm. A Filler Jam Alarm interfaces with the filler/capper providing an output allowing rapid shutdown when bottles are detected entering the filler but not leaving the closer.

Burst Bottle System Disabled Alarm. In order to prevent a Burst Bottle System from being inadvertently disabled, an output alerts the operator or stops the line when the Burst Bottle System is shut off or fails for any reason.
