Down Bottle. By incorporating the Down Bottle option, the FMS rejects fallen bottles greatly reducing line jams.
Smashed Bottle. With this option the FMS rejects bottles with broken necks, before they reach the pasteurizer/warmer, keeping glass and product out of the pasteurizer or warmer.
Reject on “E” Stop. When the filler executes an emergency stop, using the Reject on “E-Stop” option the FMS tracks and rejects any bottles located between the filler discharge and the capper infeed. Utilizing this feature results in increased product quality by eliminating potential “high air” bottles.
Reject “X” On Startup. Optional Reject “X” On Startup allows the system to automatically reject a predefined number of bottles when the filler has been stopped for more than a predetermined number of minutes. A manual reject button can be used to reject “X” bottles on command. This feature helps reduce downtime required to manually clear under filled or faulty bottles.
