Automatic Sampling. Automatic sampling routines allow the operator to sample bottles from any position on the filler or capper. Samples can be spaced out in short “bursts” to allow the operator enough time to collect the samples in the correct order before the next bottle is rejected.
Remote Sampling Input. Allows Quality Control Personnel to initiate the capper sampling routine from a remote location. This optimizes utilization of the Filler Management System by allowing the touch screen to be positioned in an area of maximum accessibility.
Best Average Valve Sampling. Utilizing the Quantitative Analysis feature, the FMS will automatically select the value that has the best, most consistent filling characteristics and is filling closest to the average of the entire filler. The system will then reject samples from this value to provide a quick, easy check of the average fill point of the filler.
