Radio Frequency Valve Monitoring. The RF filler management machines provide the benefit of quantitative analysis, which measures and quantifies the fill level characteristics of each filler valve and the average fill trend for the entire filler. Utilizing this feature, the filler management machines will determine the average fill level and the variance in fill level for each valve. The RF system is not as accurate as the gamma filler management machines for measuring dynamic fill level on production lines where foaming products are encountered.
Gamma and X-ray Valve Monitoring. Gamma and X-ray filler management machines provide very accurate fill level analysis by utilizing a radioactive beam and a sensor. However they do not have Quantitative Analysis capabilities.
Hybrid Gamma/RF System. A hybrid FMS combines the use of RF technology with a gamma beam to provide accurate fill level detection combined with Quantitative Analysis capabilities.
