Production Efficiency Monitoring graphically plots filler speed versus time for each shift or production run. Overall Filler Efficiency is calculated and displayed as a percentage of the target filler speed. Production Efficiency Monitoring allows management to identify the exact time and length of any downtime periods so that corrective action may be taken increasing overall production efficiency.

The Production Efficiency Management system displays total bottles produced, elapsed run time, total rejects for each inspection, minutes of downtime, target filler speed, and the average filler speed adjusted for scheduled downtime for each shift or production run.
