Industrial Dynamics / filtec case inspection systems provide a final check to assure that newly packed single and multi-tier cases, trays and boxes are properly filled and sealed. Systems can be configured to handle most applications including pharmaceutical bundles, cigarette cartons and cases with shrink wrapped bundles inside.

The systems are compact and easy to install, fitting over the conveyor or in the packer without the need for any line configuration. A variety of automatic rejection systems are available to suit most applications.

Set up and calibration are made easy with the convenient touch pad display that stores up to nine case types for easy change over. All Industrial Dynamics / filtec case inspectors have full networking and communication capacity and may be upgraded to the new SPT user interface.

Systems are available with both X-ray and Gamma technologies. Beam sensors inspect for container integrity and bar code verification.
