FT-70 & FT-75 X-ray Source Inspection

The filtec FT-70 and FT-75 full container inspector systems use X-ray technology to inspect glass (FT-70 only), metal, or plastic containers being filled with most liquids, solids, and semi-solid materials for underfill or overfill including high and low foam detection at speeds up to 140,000 cans per hour or 72,000 bottles per hour. Source intensity can be adjusted based on glass thickness for FT-70. Advanced diagnostics reduce maintenance downtime and service calls.
Options include product yield monitoring, bulged can, pressure/vacuum detection, high, missing or cocked cap detection and label inspection, all available in a single full container inspector.
The FT-75 provides underfill and overfill inspection in one full container inspector and converts fill level to volumetric measurements.
