With the Lasetec II Industrial Dynamics offers the ability to print letter quality micro codes onto a wide range of components and substrates that are used in the electronics industry including silicone, plastic, metal, rubber, paper and fiberglass.

Since the laser that etches the code does not contact the surface being market, it is possible to mark uneven surfaces and to apply mark in tight places without damaging the component. In addition, the laser code is solder resistant.

The Lasetec II can print serial codes, batch numbers and graphics to protect against counterfeiting and it can also print data matrix codes that allow large amounts of information to be printed in a small area. It can also print the code in any orientation that is necessary to fit on the component.
