filtec’s Lasetec III steered beam laser coding system is a quantum leap in high-speed laser marking and coding technology. It makes consistent permanent clear marks directly on the product without ink or other chemicals. Marking is also possible on certain round or uneven surfaces.

The Lasetec III is the fastest in the industry. It consistently produces clear and crisp characters even when printed at speeds up to 1,500 containers per minute or 350 meters per minute on labels. This is true with serial numbers, batch codes, foreign characters or graphics – regardless of orientation.

It features IP 65 and NEMA 4X construction, and a sealed and pressurized design for high dust or clean room environments. All replacement parts are plug & play with no re-calibration required.

 

New HDPE Tube Laser Marking Capability

filtec leads the way in laser tube application, providing new solutions for market needs. In response to customer demand, filtec developed a laser tube specifically tuned for HDPE marking applications. This application offers the ability to mark faster with higher visibility than any other system available. The HDPE tube can be retrofitted into any existing Lasetec III without the need for re-calibration – giving users the ability to repurpose current equipment or transfer it among production lines.

The Lasetec III laser coder makes consistent, permanent, crisp and conspicuous marks directly on products without contact, ink or other chemicals – at up to 1,500 containers per minute or 300 meters per minute. This is true whether your need is to mark with serial numbers, batch codes, foreign characters or graphics – regardless of orientation.

 

The Lasetec III can mark on a wide range of material including blister packs, cartons, cases, components, labels, PCBs, pouches, plastics, flexible packs/flow wrap, glass and vials and cans, tablets and capsules for applications in most industries.

    filtec works closely with producers of soft drinks, beer, wine, spirits, sports and other drinks and water to provides reliable, high speed cost effective solutions in thousands of plants worldwide – often integrating its laser code equipment with other equipment on the line such as in-labeler solutions. The Lasetec III produces high-quality laser codes on PET, labels, glass, caps, pouches, tetrapak, cans and crates.
