The Omnivision NGI Inspector is equipped with a 15-inch color LCD monitor that incorporates parameter control and inspection images on one screen. Touchpad controls are intuitive and password protected with user defined security levels. The parameter change log continuously monitors and records; changes in settings, bottle changeovers, system alarms, test bottle run histories, and other system events. Recordings include time and date of all changes, the person implementing the change and the before and after parameter values.

Connectivity features support connection of the Omnivision NGI to the plant Ethernet networks via Weihenstephan, OMAC and MODBUS TCP protocols. Modbus serial interfaces are also supported.

The connectivity feature allows the operator to remotely view relevant data and statistics concerning machine status, throughput, line efficiency and rejects by category. The remote access feature allows remote users to access control functions, view all screens, images and diagnostic messages via the internet or LAN.
