Inner Sidewall Image Processing

The inspection software divides images into as many as six overlapping user defined inspection zones. Multiple inspection algorithms per zone filter out normal features of the inner sidewall and identify contamination or imperfections in the container.

Special optics and filters assure optimal inspection with minimal false rejects.
