The Omnivision II is the only all surface empty bottle inspection system that processes up to 16 bottle inspection images of each container. Omnivision II bottle inspection analyzes the 16 camera images of each container in real time, segments them into overlapping bottle inspection fields and then processes the images with algorithms that distinguish faults and contamination from normal features of the containers. And it does all this at line speeds up to 84,000 containers per hour or more than 20 containers per second.
