Software Design Engineer 3
Must have BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or
Mathematics with at least 7 years of real-time software design
in C/C++ and at least 5 years of algorithm development for
machine vision/image processing applications . Experience w/
embedded microcontroller & DSP architectures, Visual
C++/Basic/Java languages, & Windows/Linux/RTOS environments
preferred. Electronic hardware design background highly
desirable.
Position involves developing image inspection algorithms and
real time control software for empty bottle and full container
inspection systems using CCD cameras and Infra-Red, X-Ray and
Gamma detectors. Must be passionate, creative and self-reliant,

Systems Design Engineer 3

of software and hardware systems design of embedded real-time
process control systems. Applicants must have experience in
electronic hardware, programmable logic, and software project
specification, design, development, and coordination involving
multiprocessor communications systems. Machine vision experience
a big plus.
Position involves research and design specification of CCD/IR/X-ray/Gamma
and various sensor technologies, next-generation system
architecture design and integration, and overall project
coordination among all development groups. Must have excellent
research, communication, and organizational skills, exceptional

Senior Baan Systems Analyst
Minimum 5 years implementation and
administration experience.
Candidate will
participate in migration from Baan IV C running on Windows NT /
Oracle to Infor Baan LN running on MS / SQL environment,
including implementation of Infor modules e-Service, Mobile
Service, Service Scheduler, Work Flow, Event Management, PLM and
DEM.
Requires intimate knowledge of Baan table and session
structures.
Must be able to work with managers, users and consultants to
define, document and implement cost-effective custom solutions
using these modules. Will provide pre- and post-implementation
support and training to local and remote users. Some
international travel may be required.
In addition, the following experience /skills are desirable: SQL
DBA, Windows Server administration, XML programming, Groupwise /
Novell.

Wiring/Harness Assembler
This position is for an experienced wire assembler with
electrical wiring experience.
Under minimal supervision, performs all phases of wiring
operations such as fabricating, assembling, lugging, tying,
splicing, stripping, crimping, grouping, soldering identifying
and testing prior to line installation. May work with engineers
and others on documentation, routings and redlines, work from
written and/or verbal instructions, determine methods and
sequence of assembly operations where complete information is
not readily available. Wire and install complete cable
harnesses. Plan the working procedure relative to the placement
of electrical and mechanical components and the routing of
individual wires to form cables. Perform engineering changes,
modifications and maintenance requiring extensive rewiring,
adding or removing wires and components. Will be required to
disassemble, modify, refurbish, rework and test units as
required. Assist as required in material movement and control.
Must be able to work independently, yet function as part of a
team. Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly
condition. Must be able to work from drawings, sketches, wiring
diagrams, schematics and other documentation as required.
Candidates must be flexible to work overtime hours when
requested.
Senior level position must have ability to read, write and
perform required assembly calculations with accuracy. May train
and/or assist lower level assemblers as required.
Prefer 3-5 years experience of progressively difficult,
related assembly experience.

Regional
Sales Managers
This position requires an individual to be self-motivated
and capable of functioning independently with little guidance
or direction. The position requires making cold calls and
pre-arranged sales visits to penetrate the highest levels
within various foods, pharmaceutical and general packaging
organizations. Will be responsible for developing major
product placement programs through aggressive corporate
selling and maintaining a strong customer presence.
The ideal candidate for this position must be able to
evaluate a customers complete product needs and match all of
the Filtec products available to each of the customers
factory or factories requirements. Must be able to produce
detailed proposals and promotional presentations that offer
customers specific programs to maximize the product selling
opportunities and product offerings.
Must be capable of developing and presenting technical
product presentations to technical managers, quality control
managers and at the highest levels within designated customer
organizations. This position would also require assisting in
coordinating selling activities conducted in other
territories.
Work closely with the sales management, assist in producing
sales plans, sales forecasts and sales strategies, generate
quotations for direct sales to customers and produce monthly
reports of all selling activities.
Must have excellent communication and reporting skills,
proficient use of computers to include programs such as MS
Word, Excel, and data base programs such as ACT.
Required 60%+ travel, manage an expense budget, and sales
call reporting.
Experience: Ten plus years of selling capital equipment and
sales in food and general packaging.
College: Business Administration or Business Management
degree required.

| Machine
Assembler
Under minimal supervision perform a wide variety of complex
assembly tasks, including mechanical, electrical and
electro-mechanical in support of production and R&D, as
required. May have to work with limited documentation and
guidance, including complex verbal instructions. This position
will require close coordination with manufacturing supervision
and may be asked to participate in and/or lead project teams
as required to accomplish specific manufacturing projects.
Must be capable of developing detailed manufacturing routings,
assembly instructions, and performing time studies to develop
or update manufacturing standards. Basic computer skills
required. Specific experience with, and understanding of,
basic ERP systems and concepts desirable.
May be required to perform some machining and other complex
precision tasks above and beyond general assembly. It is
desirable to have a working knowledge in the use of precision
measuring equipment. May be required to perform basic testing
of machines prior to final test. It is desirable to have a
working knowledge in the use of oscilloscopes and multimeters.
Must understand inter-relationships of various subgroups of
machine components and be able to perform basic
troubleshooting on an assembled product.
Specific experience in the assembly of precision
electro-mechanical devices and optical systems is a
prerequisite with 5 to 7 years experience. Will be expected to
learn all aspects of assembly of all products, and
subsequently cross-train others. Will be expected to perform
consistently better than standard routings, as well as help to
suggest and implement efficiency improvements.

Factory Applications / Field
Technician
Under general
supervision from company guidelines, policies and practices,
provides technical support in field to aid customers and resolve
technical problems incurred in the installation or operation of
company products. Activities are generally conducted with a high
degree of independence and are virtually self-supervising.
Consults with customer regarding pre- and post-installation
problems. Conducts and coordinates start-up, cut-over and
check-out activities on newly installed systems. May review
customer equipment interface requirements. Works closely with
design engineering in evaluating product performance and
conducting field trials. Provides support in the conduct and
performance of equipment/system acceptance testing following
installation. May conduct technical seminars and training for
customer or company personnel, as well as informal on-the-job
training for other field service staff members and customers.
May provide work leadership to lower level field service staff.
Requires extensive
travel time (60%) to customer locations. Must be able to lift
heavy weights, hand tools and basic electronics, good customer
service skills.
Must have two or
more years of related job experience and excellent communication
skills.
College: 2-year
degree a must, 4-year degree desired
