The Servotec II rejectors use a programmable electronic actuator to provide consistent, smooth and gentle rejection and sorting without the need for an air supply. These rejectors operate at line speeds up to 1,200 containers per minute with no degradation in capability.

The Servotec II rejectors are bolted to the floor and the conveyor to assure stable operation. Installation generally takes just a few hours.

Setup is simple - the rejectors automatically adjust for different container diameters eliminating the potential for operator error.

The large actuator pad on these rejectors makes full body contact with the containers eliminating the need for height adjustment of the rejectors and providing more stable rejection of bottles with different fill levels.

The Servotec II rejectors have only one very robust moving part minimizing the potential for failure and resulting downtime.
