The filtec Dual Diverter system can be used with the filtec Filler Management System for precise high speed sampling at line speeds ranging from 600 to 2,200 cans per minute.

The Dual Diverter is mounted downstream of the seamer. A pneumatically controlled gate opens only when cans are to be diverted onto the sampling line. The Dual Diverter can be programmed to divert any number of cans up to one complete round of the filler or seamer, or one can at a time.

The Dual Diverter is suitable for use with 12 or 16 oz (330 or 500 mi) cans with a can diameter of 2.6 inches (66 mm) and can be rapidly adjusted for can changeovers. The takeaway chain maintains the cans in order for easy identification with the associated filler valve.

The Dual Diverter is NEMA-4x rated and operates in temperatures ranging from 32 to 122° F (0-50 ° C).
