The filtec Slat Rejection System provides the capability to divert containers of any type, size or shape from the production conveyor without product spillage de to missing caps or defective seals.

The filtec Slat Rejection system can be used with any filtec fill level or filler management system. The system is driven from the production conveyor chain allowing it to maintain synchronization with containers on the production even if there are variations in line speed.

An automatic oiler lubricates all moving parts on a preprogrammed basis, reducing wear and subsequent maintenance downtime. Access ports and special alignment keys provide easy access to align internal components, reducing maintenance downtime. A missing/broken slat detector signals the operator when a slat is missing or has malfunctions for any reason, reducing the possibility of defective containers reaching the customer.
