Warranty Policy

Industrial Dynamics / filtec provides the following warranties on its equipment

New Equipment

All new equipment sold for delivery in the United States and Canada comes with a comprehensive three (3) year limited warranty. All new equipment sold for delivery outside of the United States comes with a comprehensive one (1) year warranty. All 100 millicurie Americium (gamma) sources used in filtec products come with a 40 year warranty.

Conditions and Exclusions

The warranties are conditioned upon exclusive use of Industrial Dynamics / filtec parts and service personnel to install and service the equipment. The warranties do not cover ordinary wear parts or consumables, which require periodic replacement or recharging based on usage.

Certified Pre-Owned Equipment

All certified Pre-Owned Equipment comes with a comprehensive one (1) year warranty.
