Warranty Policy

Industrial Dynamics / filtec provides the following warranties on its equipment

New Equipment

All new equipment sold for delivery in the United States comes with a comprehensive three (3) year warranty. All new equipment sold for delivery outside of the United States comes with a comprehensive one (1) year warranty. All 100 millicurie Americium (gamma) sources used in filtec products come with a 40 year warranty.

Certified Pre-Owned Equipment

All certified Pre-Owned Equipment comes with a comprehensive one (1) year warranty.

Conditions and Exclusions

The warranties are conditioned upon exclusive use of Industrial Dynamics / filtec parts and service personnel to install and service the equipment. The warranties do not cover ordinary wear parts or consumables, which require periodic replacement or recharging based on usage.
