Dear valued customers,

We are reaching out to send our well wishes for the health and safety for you, your colleagues, and your loved ones during these unprecedented times.

As we continue to monitor the rapidly evolving situation around the Coronavirus (COVID-19), our top priority is the safety of our employees. We have done a series of things to make our environment as safe as possible:

  • We have implemented enhanced cleaning procedures in our manufacturing areas and offices, following CDC, and public health guidance.
  • We have evaluated all workspaces to ensure our staff maintains proper social distance.
  • We have established a set of protocols to ensure that any of our employees who are high risk or potentially infected stay at home.

You can count on us to continue to do our best to serve you and keep you informed.

FILTEC is committed to maintaining the same level of quality and reliable service that you have come to expect. We are currently operating at full production capacity with no employees presently infected by the virus, and our Field Service Engineers are available to travel to your facilities for essential work to keep your operations moving forward. If anything changes with our ability to ship the product or provide you with aftermarket service support, we will let you know.
