Rejector Options Include:
Proline Rejector
The Proline rejecting system uses a specially designed impact pad that makes full body contact with each container that it rejects, minimizing the rotating motion of the containers and increasing their stability as they leave the line. Proline rejection systems are reliable, easy to install, and simple to operate.
Servotec Rejector
Servotec rejectors use a programmable electronic actuator to provide consistent, smooth, and gentle rejection and sorting
without the need for an air supply. These rejectors operate at line speeds up to 1,200 containers per minute with no degradation in capability.
Slat Rejectors
FILTEC’s Slat Rejection System provides the capability to divert containers of any type, size, or shape from the production conveyor without product spillage due to missing caps or defective seals. The system can be used with any Filtec Fill Level, Filler Management System, SPT, or Vision System. The system comes with an internal drive, synchronized with the production conveyor.
Finger Rejector
FILTEC’s Finger Rejector is the perfect choice for sorting and upright rejection of Empty and Full Containers. Finger Rejecter can be used for:
• Upright Rejection
• Container Sorting
• All Container Types (Glass, Can, PET, HDPE, etc)
• As a Stand-Alone or Integrated with any FILTEC Inspection System
