The Vision Fill Level Solution is an automated machine vision system for bottling lines operating up to 1,200 bottles per minute (BPM).
The inspection is performed at the discharge of the filler and closer system. The system inspects every bottle to prevent incorrectly filled bottles being shipped to the consumer. It combines sophisticated optical and sensing technology with state-of-the-art electronics housed in a stainless-steel environmental enclosure.
